The Vallejo Street project, completed in 1997, is a small two unit in-fill building situated in front of a Victorian cottage which was retained and remodeled.

For the exterior we selected an integral color stucco and large recessed mahogany casement windows accentuated with cast stone architectural detailing. The interior has mahogany trim, plaster walls and white oak quarter-sawn tongue and groove floors.
