In this 1993 project we demolished a small bastardized stucco building in Pacific Heights where the prevailing architectural themes were Victorian and Edwardian.

The replacement building reflects the Bay Area shingle style and was well received by the market as evidenced by the short ten month period from the time of demolition of the old building to the close of escrow of the last condominium.
